Partner organization: Kaeharassada Phuket Credit Union Cooperative LTD
History: When Kaeharassada Phuket Credit Union Cooperative LTD built its new office in the Rassada community, they already prepared to turn 2 of its floors into a public library. The cooperative then collaborated with Thailand Knowledge Park to adopt the concept of “Living Library” and established “CU Phuket Knowledge Park” or CUPK Park.
CUPK Park aims to be an alternative learning resource besides educational institutions for all Phuket residents.

New membership fee:
- Age 6-19: 50 baht
- Age 20-70: 100 baht
- Foreigner: 300 baht
- Senior citizens aged above 70, monks, people with disabilities and disadvantaged individuals are exempted from the fee
Membership renewal fee:
- Age 6-19: 50 baht
- Age 20-70: 100 baht
Borrowing and Returning: Members can borrow 7 books for 14 days at a time
Deposits:
- Thai books 300 baht/ item
- Foreign language books 300 baht/ item
Overdue fees:
- Thai books 5 baht/ item/ day
- Foreign language books 10 baht/ item/ day
- In the case of lost or damaged library material, borrowers are liable for charges according to the actual cost of the item plus 100 baht fee.
Other services:
- Free computer use for members 1 hour/ day
- Free WIFI for members
