Partner organization: Trat Provincial Administration Organization
History: Aiming to build a society of readers and develop quality learning, the Trat Provincial Administration Organization renovated the former district office on Santisug Road into Trat Knowledge Park. Besides a library, the park offers a theater, a computer room and an IT library. There is also an area devoting for an exhibition about King Chulalongkorn’s 12 trips to Trat.
Recognized as a significant learning center of its province, Trat Knowledge Park provides books and localized educational materials. The place welcomes patrons of all ages and actively encourages them to enhance their learning skills.

New membership fee:
- Age below 5: free
- Age 5-25: 50 baht
- Age 25-59: 60 baht
- Foreigner: 100 baht
- Senior citizens aged 60 and above, monks, people with disabilities and disadvantaged individuals are exempted from the fee
Membership renewal fee :
- Age below 22 and above 60: 30 baht
- Age 22-59: 60 baht
Borrowing and Returning: Members can borrow 3 books for 7 days at a time
Deposits:
- Thai books 100 baht/ item
- Foreign language books 200 baht/ item
Overdue fees:
- Thai books 10 baht/ item/ day
- Foreign language books 20 baht/ item/ day
- In the case of lost or damaged library material, borrowers are liable for charges according to the actual cost of the item plus 50 baht fee.
